Preparing for Your Float

To make the most of your float, we recommend a few simple preparations:

Arrive Early

Give yourself time to settle in by arriving 15 minutes early. It helps create a calm, unrushed start to your experience.

Eat a Light Meal

A small meal about an hour before your float will keep hunger at bay without causing discomfort.

Avoid Caffeine

 Caffeine can make you feel jittery, so it’s best to skip it before your float.

Skip Shaving

We suggest not shaving 24 hours before your session to avoid any sensitivity to the saltwater.

Pre-Float Shower

Begin with a refreshing shower, using soap and shampoo to remove oils or lotions from your skin.

We provide wax earplugs for a more immersive experience—use them if you’d like to keep water out of your ears.

Entering the Pod or Suite

Step into our DreamPod or Orion Suite, close the door, and allow the warm, buoyant water to cradle you in weightlessness.

The optional lights, music, or a gentle recorded voice will let you know when your session is complete

Post-Float Rinse

Carefully rinse off to remove salt from your skin. For added benefits, we recommend just a water rinse to keep some of the moisturizing salt solution on your skin and hair.

We provide hair products and dryers if you’d like to freshen up before leaving.

After your float, join us in the lounge for a cup of tea or coffee, allowing yourself a few extra moments of relaxation to let the benefits sink in.
